The basics

These terms govern your use of mend.supply and purchases of Mend products (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

18+ products

Mend products contain caffeine and are intended for adults 18 and older. By purchasing you confirm you are 18+. If you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, or taking medication, talk to your clinician before use.

Orders, subscriptions, refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD at checkout; we may change prices for future orders at any time.
• Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime.
• Shipping and the 14-day money-back window are described in our refund & shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
• We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or for resale; any payment taken is refunded.

Supplement disclaimer

Mend products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Liability & disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If we have a dispute, we'll both try good-faith email resolution first via hello@mend.supply before anything formal.

The Mend name, design, photography, and copy are ours; please don't reuse them commercially without permission. We may update the site, products, and these terms; changes apply from the date posted above.
