Shipping

Orders ship anywhere in the United States within 3 days of being placed. Tracking is sent to your email when the order ships. We do not currently ship outside the U.S. — if you are international, email us your country at hello@mend.supply and we will tell you when that changes.

14-day money-back window

If an order is not right for you for any reason, email hello@mend.supply within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the order. No calls, no return shipping, no restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund at any time — just email us.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout and can be paused or cancelled anytime — email hello@mend.supply or use the Stripe-powered link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; the 14-day window above applies to each delivered renewal.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to hello@mend.supply and we will replace or refund it — your choice.
